This year 123 Delaware students are attending out-of-state colleges and universities at in-state tuition rates thanks to the state’s participation in the Academic Common Market (ACM). More than 100 southern public colleges provide in-state tuition to eligible Delaware residents pursuing majors not offered at the University of Delaware or Delaware State University through the ACM. The ACM is a tuition-savings agreement among 15 states that are members of the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB). Public colleges in SREB states that elect to participate in the ACM select the baccalaureate and graduate-level degree programs they will offer. About 15 new programs

        YES WE CAN Step into Spring!  Join the challenge…                                                                           A friendly competition that encourages individual and community health and wellness by maintaining or adopting healthy nutrition and physical activity habits for the spring season. Step into Spring! will begin February 1st and run through May 1st, 2017. How will teams earn points? Teams will identify strategies to improve their physical activity and eating habits. Each year Delaware PTA awards scholarships to students planning on pursuing a degree in Education or Early Childhood Education. We are currently accepting applications for the 2017-18  school year. The deadline for application submission is March 31, 2018 Eligibility Available to students pursuing a career in education or early childhood education Must attend a school with an active PTA or PTSA in good standing or be a DE PTA VIP member Maintain an average of 2.5 or better Reside in Delaware and graduate from a Delaware public high school Must provide a copy of college acceptance letter APPLY TODAY 2017-18-Delaware-PTA-Scholarship-Application Additional Information
