SENATOR TOM CARPER TO HOST SERVICE ACADEMY INFORMATION SESSION

  U.S. Senator Tom Carper will host an information session for students, parents, teachers and counselors who are interested in attending a Service Academy after high school on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, from 6 – 8 pm at Delaware Technical Community College’s Dover Campus. On hand will be representatives from the Congressional Delegation offices, United States Naval Academy, United States Air Force Academy, United States Merchant Marine Academy, United States Military Academy, United States Coast Guard Academy, Delaware National Guard, U.S. Navy, Air Force and Army R.O.T.C. Statewide Inventory Assessment Task Force Meeting (SJR2)

Parents & Teachers: The next Assessment Inventory Task Force (SJR 2) meeting is Tuesday Jan 19th from 5:30pm -7:30pm at the Townsend Building in Dover in case anyone is interesting in attending. We encourage all parents and teachers to attend as members of the public. This task force was created to review all state and local mandated assessments with the intent of reducing the amount of testing our children receive.
