Are you a novice advocate or a veteran? Do you know what education legislation is being introduced this legislative session? Have you ever met with your local state senator or representative? Do you know the difference between local, state and federal policy? Delaware PTA wants to guide through this process. There will be something for everyone. We are excited to have a very special guest speaker to talk to parents about bullying issues and the laws around this issue. Share your stories and get feedback. Attend a session of a senate/house education committee. Take a tour of legislative hall. Have lunch with elected officials.
