New School Search Guide – feedback needed

Hello PTA Families,

GreatSchools Delaware is a new online school search guide that we are building. It will provide parents with information they need to choose a school that is the right fit for their family. Your ideas are important to us as we develop this site, and we would love to show you our first draft. Would you mind taking a look at our progress and giving us your opinion?

We are looking for 15-20 parents to participate in a virtual feedback session for 45-60 minutes. You will participate online and we’ll be on the phone with you to guide you through the discussion. You will look at our school information website, explore school profiles full of rich data, and let us know what you think! For your time, you will receive a $25 gift card of your choice to Amazon or Target. We are scheduling these afternoon sessions during the week of May 19. The table below lists possible time slots.

Interested? Here’s all you have to do:

1. Email me with your top three choices of time slots. We will accept only the first 20 participants to respond!
2. Provide me with a phone number to reach you.
3. I will confirm a time with you and send you login information.
4. Find a computer with internet access. (sorry, no tablets or smartphones)
5. We’ll call you at your assigned time.
6. After the call, we’ll send you a $25 gift card!

It’s that easy! Do you have a friend or neighbor that would be interested? We welcome feedback from new participants as well. Feel free to pass along this email, but remember that we are only accepting the first 20 participants to respond.
