As you know the Governor’s proposed budget cuts pose a serious threat to public education in Delaware. It is imperative that everyone contact their local legislators and urge them to reject the proposed budget. On behalf of the Education Funding Campaign, we are sharing the attached call script with you to use when contacting your local legislators. It is time we invest in our future, not destroy it. Our students, teachers and schools simply cannot afford this type of “shared sacrifice” – haven’t they already sacrificed enough?
