College Information Nights

COLLEGE INFORMATION NIGHTS OFFER HELP FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ FAMILIES

The Delaware Department of Education and Delaware PTA will host events in each county to provide college information to families of high school students. Students also are welcome to attend.

Parents and guardians will learn about the college application and enrollment process. Delaware college admissions representatives from two-year and four-year programs, financial aid professionals, a school counselor and Delaware Department of Education staff will answer questions, such as:

  • What is the college application process?
  • What can your student do now to prepare for college?
  • What are college/university admissions representatives looking for in their applicants?
  • How do you pay for college?
  • Who can help you and your child with the college application process?
