A second round of conversations is planned for later in the fall to receive feedback on the draft plan. In December 2015, Congress reauthorized the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), the main federal law governing public education. The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) replaces the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). As part of NCLB, Delaware is one of the 43 states operating under

Monthly membership reporting is due by the last business day of each month. Membership cards will be sent out electronically approximately 2 weeks after receiving payment AND the electronic membership roster with the names and email addresses of the new members. Local units can access the membership forms in our Forms Library under Section I Membership Payments may be submitted electronically or mailed to our state office.
