  The draft copy of the Delaware anti-discrimination regulation and model policy are now available for public review. We have included these drafts below. Please check our calendar for a list of dates/locations of the community conversations in which the public can provide feedback on the anti-discrimination regulation and model policy. Today the Trump administration announced that they would end DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)  “Dreamer’s Act”, a program that has protected almost 800,000 young undocumented immigrants from deportation. According to the White House, Trump will revisit the issue in six months if Congress fails to legalize DACA.
