The Delaware General Assembly along with state legislatures throughout the country will be holding kick-off events for Wreaths Across America at Leg Hall. These events will held simultaneously on Monday December 8th at noon EST. The focus is to teach young people about the sacrifices made by men and women who have given their lives in service to our country. I have attached some more background information.
