Each year Delaware PTA offers scholarships to graduating Delaware high school students planning to enter an Education or Early Childhood Education post-secondary program. The scholarships are open to any graduating student that is a member of their local PTA/PTSA or is Delaware VIP. The scholarships are awarded based on financial need and academic achievement.
