2015-16 Leadership Training Schedule

One of the benefits of being a PTA is receiving hands on Leadership training each year to ensure the success of your PTA.  Our leadership training focus specifically on the roles and responsibilities of your Executive Board and officers,  Finances, Recruiting and retaining membership, and how to access and use the various tools, supports and resources available to you through Delaware PTA and National PTA ( grants, programs, awards, e-Learning and much more).

We have tons of new updates regarding membership cards, back to school kits and important updates from the IRS.  So all units need to participate in an upcoming training.

This is also a great opportunity to network with other units in your district, share best practices and get all of your questions answered. Whether you are a veteran officer or a new officer, we are looking forward to seeing you.

Christina Leadership Training:  Thursday August 20, 2015 Eden Support Center (State Office) 6:00 -8pm

Appo Leadership Training:  Tuesday August 25, 2015 at AG Waters Middle School 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Brandywine Leadership Training: Wednesday, September 2, 2015 – Brandywine Hundred Library / Multi Purpose Room A & B – 6:00 to 8:00 pm

Colonial Leadership Training: September 9, 2015 at Southern Elementary School 6:00pm  – 8:00 pm

Kent County Leadership Training:  September 29, 2015 at Allen Frear Elementary 6:00 – 8:00pm

Red Clay Leadership Training: October 1, 2015 William J Cooke Elementary School 6:00pm -8:00p,
