Kick off the new school year by taking the E- Learning challenge and help your unit win $100.00. From now until November 15, 2015 each E Learning course you take will bring your local PTA unit one step closer to winning a $100.00 cash prize. As a PTA member, you have access to a library of FREE online E-Learning courses on a variety of topics. Each module takes 40 minutes or less to complete and can be completed from the comfort of your home – anytime day or night! Once you have completed the course, you will be able to print a certificate of completion to proudly display at your home or school.

If you have already created a PTA profile, just login and click on the link for E-Learning Courses in the left hand navigation bar. Chose the course you want and add it to your shopping cart. Follow the online instructions once you have checked out (don’t worry – it is FREE).
If you haven’t created a PTA profile yet, just click the online National PTA profile link to begin the process. It’s that simple!
Your profile will be linked to the local PTA unit that you are affiliated with. The top 3 PTA units with the most member participation will win. Delaware PTA will announce the winning units at the Delaware PTA State Convention on Saturday November 21st, 2015. VIP Members can get their named entered into a drawing for each completed course.
The courses are available to all paid PTA members, so be sure to encourage all of your members to support your PTA and take advantage of this great opportunity. Members may take multiple courses!

PTA Essentials: Learn about the history of PTA, effective advocacy and/or the Nationals Standards for Family School Partnerships.
PTA Nuts and Bolts Series: Whether you’re the President, Treasurer, Secretary or serve another role on the local PTA Board, this series offers a variety of short tutorials to meet every leader’s needs.

Leadership Enhancement: The content of this series is designed to not only enhance your role in PTA, but also support you in your personal and professional endeavors. Short training modules on public speaking, ethical leadership, cultural competency and several others support the leader in all of us.
