| The Nomination Period for new officers for the Delaware PTA State Board is still open for the following positions:
· President
· First Vice President (pending approval of proposed bylaws change)
· VP of Membership (pending approval of proposed bylaws change)
· VP of Leadership (pending approval of proposed bylaws change)
In addition to the above-elected positions, we have multiple opportunities to serve on state-level committees.

As a reminder, The Delaware PTA bylaws state that to be nominated from the floor, a candidate must have submitted a petition signed by not less than 10 Delaware PTA members, representing not less than 2 local units. The petition must have been mailed to each member of the Executive Committee and the original filed with the Nominating Committee at least one month in advance of the 04/28/2018 convention. |
