Bylaws and Standing Rules are the backbone of any organization. It helps to make a meeting run smoothly. It is recommended that PTAs update their bylaws and standing rules every five years. Online version of sample bylaws and sample standing rules may be requested by contacting the Delaware PTA office. These may be submitted for approval by email or as a hard copy to, Director of Bylaws/Standing Rules at the above address.
